"My wife and I first met Teresa in 2004 when we moved to Lafayette. Working with her was a great experience and we were very happy with her guidance and insight in finding the home we've lived in for the past 6 years. Without any hesitation, I solicited Teresa once again after recently being transferred and put on a fast track to relocate. To this end, she recommended that we have her stager edit and stage our house prior to putting it on the market to increase marketability and attract broad interest. She and her highly skilled team of real estate professionals then followed-up with a well-coordinated, rigorous schedule of daily appointments and 2 open houses. Following her lead on this turned out to be the best thing we could have done to expedite our sale and still realize a good return on our investment. Staging opened up the view within the house, de-emphasizing personalized themes and years of accumulated decorations and placed a greater emphasis on the attributes of the house; those same attributes that attracted us to the house 6 years earlier.
