A Passion for the Art of Custom Home Building

Bill Schoeffler and his wife Lisa are the Owners of Acadiana Holdings, LLC and Schoeffler Built Homes. Bill Schoeffler is a native of Lafayette and a graduate of ULL (USL) with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Acadiana Home Builders Association. Mr. Schoeffler has developed a true passion for home building.  It started out with large industrial, commercial, educational, and medical facility construction and has evolved into an up-close and personal, high-touch, high-feel home building mission.  He has 30+ years of experience in construction and has traveled the country learning different architectural styles and cultural influences.  He has done historic restorations, million dollar homes and, of course, beautifully crafted affordable homes.
